Disassembly

The renovation begins with an inspection and dismantling of the vehicle, which allows for a detailed assessment of the scope of work required. This enables us to inform the customer which parts need to be replaced and which can be repaired.

Sandblasting

We believe that every renovation should start with sandblasting. This removes contaminants from metal components and makes holes and other defects more visible, allowing for more effective repairs in the next stage.

Bodywork repairs

We perform all bodywork repairs, either by repairing original parts or using new ones. This is a key stage of the renovation process, to which we pay particular attention, as the structure of the vehicle has a direct impact on safety, and work carried out to a high standard will allow you to enjoy your car for many years to come.

Painting

The first stage of painting work is conservation, including welds and closed profiles. The floor, interior, and engine compartment are painted, and then the bodywork is prepared for painting. The customer chooses the color—we can select a paint that matches the original or a different one.

Mechanical repairs

At this stage, we check and repair: the engine, transmission, other mechanical parts and the electrical system. We also restore the upholstery—either to its original condition or according to the customer’s expectations, using materials such as leather and Alcantara.

Assembly

When all parts are ready, we begin assembly. This stage is usually the most time-consuming, as spare parts often need to be adjusted. It is also necessary to take special care not to scratch or damage anything. Our attention to every detail allows us to achieve a flawless end result.
